The Honeycrisp Apple tree is a small to medium sized apple tree that produces white blooms in mid-spring and sweet, crispy apples that ripen in September. The Honeycrisp is a winter hardy tree that can grow well with limited space. The Gala Apple tree's fruit, bark, and nectar provides food for a variety of mammals, birds, and pollinators.
