Nurseries reserve the right to make substitution/cancellations when necessary. Montcalm Conservation District reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments, if necessitated by weather or reasons beyond our control.

"It is unlawful for these trees, shrubs, and other plants to be resold with the roots attached, in accordance with the Insect Pest and Plant Disease Act, P.A., as amended." Seedlings must be used for windbreaks, reforestation, erosion control, wildlife habitat, or other conservation practices. All stock is inspected/certified by MDARD.
