Dolgo crabapple is a crabapple variety that produces white flowers and fruit that ranges from red to purple in color. Dolgo crabapple’s tart fruit is edible and is often used to make jelly or cider. Dolgo crabapple is tolerant of many different soil types and is fairly disease resistant. Dolgo crabapple makes a good cross-pollinator for apple trees and other crabapples due to its long-lasting bloom period.
