Liberty apple is an apple tree variety that produces white blooms in the spring and medium-sized, deep red fruit from September through late October or early winter. Liberty appleās fruit is crisp with a tart, sweet flavor. Liberty apple is highly resistant to fire blight, apple scab, powdery mildew and cedar apple rust. Liberty apple attracts deer, turkey and other wildlife through the fall. Liberty apple requires another apple variety to pollinate.
