Old field goldenrod is a perennial wildflower that blooms stalks of tiny, yellow flowers from late summer to late fall. Old field goldenrod can be found in open areas such as meadows, fields and roadsides. This hardy plant is tolerant of drought and deer damage, and attracts native bees, butterflies and songbirds.
