Prairie Junegrass is a perennial grass with gray-green foliage and seedheads that change from silvery green in early spring to tan in mid-summer. This cool-season grass goes dormant by late summer. Prairie Junegrass can be found in dry, open areas such as prairies. Prairie Junegrass’ seeds attract birds.
