Ruby Rush apple is an apple tree variety that is a cross between two popular apple varieties planted for wildlife, Enterprise and Goldrush. Ruby Rush apple produces white blooms in the spring and red, crispy fruit throughout October and November. Ruby Rush apple is resistance to fire blight, cedar apple rust and apple scab. Ruby Rush apple requires another apple variety to pollinate.
