Saskatoon serviceberry is a deciduous shrub in the rose family that produces white flowers and edible, purple berries. Saskatoon serviceberry’s flowers and berries provide food for mammals and birds. This hardy shrub grows well in a variety of sun and soil conditions and is tolerant of salt and drought.
