Starfire peach is a peach tree variety that produces pink flowers in the spring and vibrant red fruit in August. Its fruit contains a small freestone pit and bright yellow flesh. Starfire peach can self-pollinate, but produces better yields when cross-pollinated with another variety of peach. Starfire peach is hardy and resistant to bacterial spot and canker.
