Wild phlox, also commonly known as Wild Sweet William, is a perennial flower that produces pink, lavender, white, or periwinkle colored blooms with notched petals. Wild phlox is found in woodlands and fields, and is attractive to a variety of butterflies. Wild phlox can be susceptible to powdery mildew, spider mites, and to browsing by rabbits.
